Our team has more than 30 years of collective experience traveling the world. We have spent time in more than 68 countries and have planned events in all different types of locations from private villas in Italy to desert tent camps in Morocco to remote islands off of Portugal to high-end resorts in Aruba.
We have a network of planners and vendors spread across the globe that we call on and work closely with to ensure that no detail is overlooked. No location is off the table for us and we take pride in thinking through every aspect of your wedding experience, so you don't have to.

MANDA WORTHINGTON
OWNER, Design DIRECTOR & Head Producer
Manda has dedicated her heart, mind and soul to building this business from the ground up since 2015. Manda crafts the business, brand strategy, and complete design for Mae&Co Creative. She’s the first person you talk to when booking and the final word on all things design, planning and creating within our team.
Every design is uniquely crafted by Manda herself, as she’s focused on creating one-of-a-kind, inspired designs that reflect the heart and soul of each couple she works with. As the owner of an award-winning production company, Manda wields her 10+ years of industry experience – coupled with a deep love for design and travel – to create works of art for her clients.
Off duty, she loves listening to 1940’s jazz and exploring new places as often as possible. She’s visited nearly 45 countries, and it’s part of what gives Manda a special knack for creating the ultimate destination weddings as well as the most extravagant events stateside. She is completely in love with what we do and what our company stands for. Her love for people and bringing joy to those around her fuels her passion for creating authentic and unique events that will be talked about for ages.
SARAH

Left-brained by nature, Sarah is a detail-oriented science expert turned event mastermind. She’s exceptional with organization, with a background in everything from analyzing sky imagery data to championing communications for billion-dollar aerospace companies. But she finds true joy in all things beautiful and artistic, which is why she thrives as a Mae&Co family member.
Sarah loves planning and creating anything that brings people joy – from assisting with styling a beautiful tablescape to managing and coordinating a multi-day wedding experience. When she’s not combing through details for Mae&Co, you’ll find Sarah training for marathons, testing gourmet recipes and traveling foreign countries. It’s safe to say, you’ll catch Sarah feeling inspired both on and off the clock.
JOHNNY CRAPSER

As an installation builder, on-site stylist, and operational advisor, Johnny wears many hats for Mae&Co. He is responsible for building some of the most unique custom installations in the industry, both stateside and across the globe. Prior to supporting Mae&Co, Johnny spent 16 years managing a multi-million dollar company. His business acumen and his tenacity for purpose-driven work is now one of the backbones for successful Mae&Co creations and operations.
With an incredible eye for detail, his goal is always to never settle for less than perfect. Beyond his work for Mae&Co, Johnny loves to travel more than anything. He has been to 40+ countries and doesn’t feel like he’s really experienced a place until he pulls off a peak summit while being there.
And one of the things we love most about Johnny? He always has a way of becoming best friends with everyone around you and being able to fix any problem that might arise… before you even knew it was there.
MONTY

Creative minded, client focused, and steady handed, Monty has been on both sides of the event industry experience. As a model and a creator, he started his career working with photographers and brands before shifting into the behind-the-scenes details of event production. His diverse experience is a gift to our clients, as he understands the nuances of a big event and he believes wholeheartedly in Mae&Co’s commitment to excellence.
Off the clock Monty loves exploring new cities, building relationships with friends and modeling — he’s a big believer in taking any chance he can get to create art. And while coordinating your big day, you’ll find Monty with the biggest smile on his face while hyping up you and your wedding guests, and you might even catch him sharing a few celebratory dances on the dance floor.
DAVID

David is the unsung hero of Mae&Co Creative. As our executive administrator, David works tirelessly behind the scenes to take care of scheduling, billing, trakcing, and back-end tasks to give us time and space to plan meaningful moments for our couples. With years of business administration experience for international hospitality brands, David has been indispensable in helping Mae&Co grow and scale our business to deliver luxury wedding planning experiences across the globe.
Outside of Mae&Co, David is a family man. You’ll find him spending time with his wife and two kids, often outside creating memories camping, hiking, fishing, and enjoying the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
JENICA

A couple of years ago, Jenica left behind the corporate world to live life on the road. A few months and 30 states later, she found her way back to a home base craving the opportunity to be grounded working for a company that was rich in experiences and rich in community — and she’s been an indispensable part of our Mae&Co team ever since. Jenica thrives on being detail-oriented, organized and intentional. And she has a knack for managing complex events with grace to help couples have a truly memorable experience. Above all else, Jenica loves working with a team that is 1000% for one another.
She finds true reward in working for a company that truly cares about each other and enjoys spending time with one another, a characteristic of our Mae&Co team that ensures we are always in sync and truly a joy for our clients to work with.
LAUREN

By day, she’s a project manager for a reputable lighting company. By night, she’s our favorite stylist and all around good time. The Mae&Co team would not be what it is without Lauren’s impeccable work ethic and kind heart.
While Lo loves being around people, her heart finds true happiness going on solo adventures around the world; from the islands of Norway to the mountains of France - she thrives in the outdoors and enjoys a good challenge.
Lauren is thrilled to be a part of a company that cares so much about its client’s and always feels like a family, through and through.
